Highlights of this week:

the US Senate has unanimously approved The Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act that authorized $47 billion in total spending to Ukraine.and has passed by the House of Representatives by a vote of 417 to 10.

It is important to point out with claims by the US around Russia’s “war of choice” that the US congress began to work on the land lease act as a legislative measure freeing the DC in providing aid to Ukraine already in January 2022, before Russia began its operation in Ukraine.

Signing the Lend Lease act serves as a dramatic act of escalation and marks the point of no return for American policy regarding Russia and a potential official declaration of war against Russia as Biden is set to sign the Ukraine Lend Lease bill into law on May 9.
