The cdc posts “Help stop the spread of Delta and other variants by getting vaccinated as soon as you can. FDA-authorized #COVID19 vaccines offer protection against Delta and other known variants”.

Let’s consider a few possibilities of misleading statements.

1/it is to premature and irresponsible for CDC to make these claims in the absence of long term studies and data 2/ the mRNA vaccines components(modified nucleosides) potentially increase ⬆️mutation rates . This in its turn leads to new variants emergence. 3/ there is little to no proof that vaccines prevent the spread. The breakthrough infections cases including deaths among vaccinated are not uncommon and growing 4/ the unspecified deaths spikes since the vaccine introduction in December had practically created a new category in mortality data with over 10 this is a monthly deaths comfortably overtaken covid related fatalities in the US for a moment. 5/ preexisting post infection and cross react give immunity is neglected at best and worst is dismissed outright while study sizes for efficacy against new variants are at laughable sizes of 14-20 sera samples with neutralisation titers decline versus majority of new variants while factors involving individual complex immune system response are not taken in account versus ever emerging variants stimulated by mRNA vaccines and vaccine durability of post vaccination immunity are questionable. Moderna had posted preliminary booster vaccine results that are not convincing by it’s own acknowledgment of LIMITED sample sizes, still ongoing trial with only 2WEEkS of data on 60! participants
