While news about Monkeypox spreading across the globe. ~65% of cases are identified in 4 countries - UK (20), Portugal (34), Spain (53) & Canada (22), and clusters of cases include many men who have sex with men (MSM) dominate front pages, monkeypox was detected over a year now in different locations in africa(Cameron, Nigeria) spreading to the US(Dallas), The UK/EU last year. Some questions appear about potential new route of transmission, but it still looks that prolonged close contact is how MXP spread. MPX primarily presents as a vesicular-pustular illness (skin lesions), preceded by fever, headache, muscle aches and fatigue. MXP is transmissible from the time when skin lesions appear, throughout the entire course of illness Two strains are identified: The Congo Basin monkeypox virus strain is more pathogenic than the West African strain, with higher morbidity as measured by lesion count and mortality, which for the former has been pegged at 10%–13% compared with 1% for the West African strain
