Kramatorsk terror act

the Ukrainian forces launch tochka-u cluster munition from currently under control of the Ukrainian forces Dobropolye located 45 km away from the Kramatorsk train station. Tochka-U is used by Ukraine since 2014, killed thousands of civilians in Donbas and just a few weeks ago in Donetsk where it killed 23 people
